Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop personalized therapy plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Document patient progress and maintain compliance with SNF guidelines.
Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
Requirements:
Active SLP license or eligibility for licensure Prior SNF experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills
