Collaborate with a dedicated team of neonatologists and NICU staff to create and implement comprehensive care plans. Conduct essential diagnostic tests, including blood gas analysis, to assess lung function and respiratory health. Educate and support parents regarding respiratory equipment and care techniques to empower them for a successful discharge. Maintain precise documentation of patient treatments and progress to ensure continuity of care.
