Job Overview:
We are currently hiring a skilled Radiation Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in an oncology department. This is a daytime role with no weekend or on-call requirements. Candidates must be fully licensed in New York and possess relevant experience in radiologic/imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients
• Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor patient conditions and provide compassionate care
• Maintain accurate treatment records and comply with all regulatory standards
• Collaborate with oncology team members to ensure optimal treatment outcomes

Qualifications: Active New York State Radiation Therapy License (required) Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Current BCLS certification Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program At least 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience (preferred: background in radiology) Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Compliant with all state and federal licensure and registry requirements
