Radiation Therapist

Shift: Monday–Friday, 07:00–14:30
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver radiation therapy treatments in accordance with physician prescriptions

  • Perform CT simulations and verify treatment plans

  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including TrueBeam systems

  • Follow standard practice of 2 radiation therapists per patient during treatment and simulation for enhanced safety and quality

  • Accurately document treatment delivery and patient records using ARIA

  • Ensure patient safety, privacy, and comfort throughout the treatment process

  • Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and other staff to support optimal patient outcomes

  • Provide support in staff training and clinical education as needed

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and the ability to work independently

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy technology program

  • ARRT certification (Radiation Therapy) required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a radiation therapist preferred

  • Proficiency in ARIA and TrueBeam systems required

  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association required

  • Demonstrated ability to educate staff and function independently in a clinical setting
