• Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
• Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions.
