Assignment details:

Job responsibilities:

• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
• Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
