ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Watertown, New York. & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - PACU /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour day shifts with weekend, holiday, and call requirements /n• 13-week assignment duration /n• On-call responsibilities required with 60-minute response time /n• Must maintain 100-mile radius rule /n• Current New York State RN license required /n• Previous PACU experience required /n• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required /n• Minimum one year medical/surgical experience preferred /n• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing /n• Provide quality patient care and assess patient needs including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects /n• Recognize safety issues and implement safe patient handling techniques using lifts /n• Function effectively in stressful situations with strong problem-solving skills /n• May assume charge nurse duties with leadership and delegation responsibilities /n• Utilize clinical equipment and instrumentation in OR/ASU settings /n• Demonstrate lethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills /n• Maintain excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical services including post-anesthesia care unit services and surgical support.
