Job Title: OT (Occupational Therapist), Rehab City/State: Santa Maria, California Shift: 8 hour days, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 91 weeks Start Date: 04/25/2026 Job Description: Provide home-based care as part of a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, and Speech. Work within a geographical region, primarily covering orthopedic, stroke, and spinal injury diagnoses. Experience with Oasis form is required; home setting experience preferred. Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in a home-based setting. Work with patients diagnosed with orthopedic conditions, strokes, and spinal injuries. Coordinate with rehab aides and other team members.
