Patient Ratios: Step-Down: 1:3-4 Med-Surg: 1:4-6
Type of Equipment: Lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, tracheostomies EMR System: Cerner Typical Hiring Profile: Required Skills (Must Have): Minimum 2 years of nursing experience Experience working with tracheostomies Candidates without these skills will not be considered.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Previous experience with Cerner EMR
Typical Procedures Performed: Trach care Chest tube management Wound dressing changes
