HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/11/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Compassionate for oncology pt population and the chronic pts Quick learner Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Chemo and biotherapy certificate Step down experience, we use lots of standing orders (fluid bolus, first fever) and very acute hematology pts. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Lumbar puncture, bone marrow biopsies with conscious sedation and no sedation Thoracentesis Best personality Fit: compassionate adaptable Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. We give lots of meds, blood and electrolyte replacements on this unit. (see policies attached) Please know you will not administer chemo/biotherapy, if you are not certified. You will be around hazardous drugs though. Education is provided for handling excreta.
