HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Salem, Virginia.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Med SurgDiscipline: RNStart Date: 08/25/2025Duration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, nightsEmployment Type: TravelTell us about the unit(s):Number of Beds - 33Number of Staff –  27 membersType of staff:  Dependent of censusDay Shift –  5 RNs, 1 clinical coordinator/charge (no patient group) 2-3 techs, 1 unit secretaryNight Shift –  5 RNs (Including charge nurse with patient group) 2-3 techsPatient Ratios –  5-6:1Type of equipment – Baxter IV pumps,EMR – Meditech (EBCD version)Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Medical surgical experience Acute care setting experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Oncology experience Chemotherapy experience
