The RN will utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, patient-centered care to an assigned group of patients during their shift. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a passion for providing excellent care in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.Ensure care delivery is safe, timely, efficient, equitable, and patient-focused.Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and in accordance with protocols and documentation standards.Identify and address patient and family education needs from admission through discharge.Utilize appropriate protocols and standards of care consistently.Supervise and support LPNs and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.Maintain up-to-date clinical competencies and education requirements based on patient population and unit-specific standards.Required Skills & Experience:Preferred Skills:Experience with EPIC EMR (training available on-site).Education Requirements:Required:Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) orAssociate of Science in Nursing (ASN)Licensure & Certifications:Active RN license in the state of New Mexico or Compact State.BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA), American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.HCHCAbout eTeam Inc - SecondaryeTeam was formed in 1999 with the goal of becoming the company of choice for clients, talent and staffing professionals.
