Beds: two units, 22 beds per side
Patient Ratios: 1:6
EMR: EPIC
Facility: Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center - 9th Floor (Ortho/Trauma/Surgical)
Trauma Level: Level I
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
Position:
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per month
Weekend Hours: 4 weekend days per schedule (month)
Floating: Required to other units as needed
Certifications (Required): BLS
Required Experience: 2+ years in Med/Surg
Preferred Experience: Trauma, orthopedic, surgical
Personality: Professional, adaptable
Dress Code: Any scrub color permitted; professional attire required
Radius Requirement: Must live 60+ miles from facility to qualify for travel rate
Local Rate: $48/hour
Candidates must complete PA clearances prior to start:
-PA Child Abuse Clearance
-FBI Fingerprinting (Aging & DHS codes)
- PA State Police Clearance (PATCH)
-Department of Human Services Fingerprinting
Referral Bonus $500.00
Offer $800 relocation incentive bonus for the first 2 months of the assignment.
