Travel Job Id: T4H-914 Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in LDRP unit Attend deliveries and complete newborn care Circulate and recover in OR suites for C-sections Staff triage beds and provide postpartum couplet care Titrate drips (Pitocin, Magnesium, Insulin) Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Requirements: 1 year of L&D experience (3 years preferred) Mother-baby experience (1 year preferred) NRP, BLS, ACLS, STABLE certifications Ability to float to other St. Luke's sites (Meridian, Boise) Unit Details: 14 LDRP beds 2 OR suites for C-sections 4 triage beds 90 births per month, 1200 per year Follows AWHONN staffing standards Staffing: Charge RN on each shift (no patient assignment) Resource RN and triage RN 1 CST and 1 CNA per shift (CNA may cover HUC role) Support: OB hospitalist and neonatal NP 24/7 Anesthesia 24/7 RT available for troubleshooting Orientation: 24 hours (4 shifts on unit) EPIC training and compliance requirements Scheduling: No block scheduling guarantee Travelers fill in schedule holes, then given preference No minimum weekend requirement, holiday requirement based on unit needs Floating: Float to other St. Luke's sites in primary skill set or as a sitter Notes: No fingernail lacquer or acrylic/gel nails allowed Travel duos need 2 cars due to potential floating between sites.
