Position Overview Join a Level 3 Perinatal Center with access to a Level 4 regional NICU. This unit specializes in high-risk obstetric care, managing complex antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal cases. L&D RNs support both well and compromised deliveries, including surgical cases such as C-sections, D&Cs, BTLs, and IOL/TOP patients with critical maternal-fetal conditions. ?‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities 1:1 patient ratios across shifts and weekends Circulate for routine and emergent deliveries Serve as “baby catcher” RN for all newborn deliveries Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (ICU, respiratory, pharmacy, social services, etc.) Float to Mother-Baby and Antepartum units as needed ✅ Requirements Minimum 2 years L&D experience — Preferred: 3 years Certifications: Required: BLS, NRP Preferred: AWHONN Intermediate, EFM, FHM, NCC
