2 years current acute care L&D experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): ·

Monitor both mother and baby, pre and post birth, physicals, diagnostics, perform tests on newborns, epidurals, detailed record keeping ·

Assesses plans and evaluates patient care needs, follows physician orders, administers medications, monitor vital signs, instructs and educates patients/families Best personality Fit: ·

Critical thinker, emotional empathy and stability, excellent communication skills ·

Nonjudgmental, ability to multi-task, used to being around traumatized family members
