Our geography includes Baltimore County and Baltimore City. Patients assigned to the case manager will be in a sub-territory within the county/city to minimize windshield time. For reference: our main areas are Reisterstown, Randallstown, Owings Mills, Pikesville, Park Heights, Roland Park, Towson/Parkville, Gwynn Oak, Windsor Mill, Woodlawn.
