Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Endoscopy to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with experience in various medical settings, including long-term care, emergency medicine, and hospital environments. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care during endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the medical team. Key Responsibilities:Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures by conducting pre-procedure assessments and providing education on the process.Administer medications and IV infusions as required during procedures.Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition throughout the procedure to ensure safety and comfort.Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures by providing necessary instruments and support.Collect and process specimens as needed, ensuring proper handling and post-procedure care, including monitoring recovery and educating patients on aftercare instructions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare QualificationsNY Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.1 Year of RN - GI/Endoscopy Experience required.BLS (AHA)ACLS (AHA)Please submit your resume to or Call/text - .
