Immediate Need Contract Length : 13 weeks Shift : 12-Hour Shifts – EOW (Every Other Weekend) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Unit Type : Emergency Room (ER) Setting : Acute Care Trauma Level : Level II Trauma Center License : Active RN License – Required Experience : Minimum 2 years of ER RN experience BSN : Not Required EMR : Allscripts – Sunrise Responsibilities :

Provide emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a high-acuity environment Triage patients according to established protocols and initiate immediate medical intervention as necessary Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, techs, and behavioral health providers Administer emergency medications, IV fluids, blood products, and perform necessary emergency procedures Monitor and interpret vital signs, EKGs, and response to treatments Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Allscripts EMR Deliver trauma-informed care to victims of sexual assault and patients in psychiatric crisis Participate in code situations including Code Blue and Rapid Response Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatment, and discharge plans Required Certifications :

BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) PALS (AHA) NIHSS TNCC or TNS Unit Details :

Total Beds: 30 (27 medical beds + 3 ED psych beds) Average Daily Census: 100–140 patients/day Average Daily Volume: ~120 patients Nursing Model: POD nursing assignments Specialty Accreditations:
