Shift: Day/Night shifts (4-6:1 patient ratio) Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Preferred Certifications: TNCC, ENPC, NRP, NIH Experience:
Required: 2-3 years ER experience, completed 2-3 travel assignments
Preferred: Experience in high-acuity, fast-paced, high-volume ERs
Unit Information:
Number of Beds: 27
Staffing: Day Shift - 1 Charge, 5 RN, 2-3 Medics (increases at 11 am and 3 pm); Night Shift - 1 Charge, 5 RN, 2-3 Medics
EMR: Meditech
Typical Procedures: RSI, Sepsis interventions, Stroke protocol, central line placement, psych patient care, transfers
Personality Fit: Relaxed, team-oriented, friendly, respectful
