Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin. & Requirements Specialty: Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2560.00 /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Case Management /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with potential for flexible start and end times /n• 40 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract /n• Every other weekend required with holiday rotation /n• On-call responsibilities 1-2 times during the week and every other weekend /n• Must respond to answering service calls within 15 minutes /n• Call back minimum of 2 hours when called in /n• Travel to see 20-25 patients with average of 4.5 visits per day /n• Daily travel can vary from 50-100 miles depending on territory and patient census /n• Mileage reimbursed at government approved rate /n• May float to other territories to assist when needed during low census /n• Can be placed on call for low census hours /n• Required certifications: Wisconsin license, AH ABLS, valid driver's license /n• OASIS certification is a plus /n• Minimum 2 years of home health experience required /n• Travel experience required /n• EPIC and OASIS charting experience required /n• Perform OASIS admissions, all time points, episode management, doctor calls and care coordination /n• Clinical competencies in wound care, IV therapy, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management /n• Mask required at all times during flu season if flu and COVID vaccinations are declined /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health services to patients in their residences, focusing on delivering quality medical care in the comfort of patients' homes.
