Job responsibilities:

• Promote a therapeutic environment using neutral, patient-centered interactions.
• Administer medications as ordered and monitor for therapeutic response and adverse effects.
• Document observations, interventions, and patient response in the medical record.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
