Job responsibilities:

Document assigned tasks and observations according to policy.

Perform routine safety checks and report changes in patient status to licensed staff.

Work 32 hours per week with 6-hour shifts.

Assist with patient transport, positioning, and basic care activities within scope and unit protocols.
