Job responsibilities:
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.
Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
