**Job Title: Neuro-Progressive/ICU Nurse**
**Shift:** 19:00 - 07:30
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neuro-Progressive/ICU Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position requires strong experience in neuro-progressive care, stepdown, or intensive care settings. Candidates must be well-versed in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically Epic.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Neuro-Progressive or ICU setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patients' critical conditions, making prompt decisions in emergency situations.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards while performing nursing duties.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and health outcomes.
- Complete a Neuro-Progressive competency exam upon offer of employment.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid nursing license with a minimum of required years of experience in Neuro-Progressive, Stepdown or ICU nursing.
- Proven experience with Epic EMR systems is a must.
- Must wear designated navy blue scrubs as per facility dress code.
- Ability to float to other units as required.
