Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Every third weekend
• No on-call required

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 2 years of experience
• BLS certification
• Proficient in patient assessment, IV, Foley, and NGT insertion
• Adaptability to float to other units when needed
• Strong med/surg background preferred
• Demonstrates commitment, curiosity, excellent communication, and the ability to build connections

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to med/surg, oncology, neuro, and palliative patients
• Maintain patient ratios of 6:1
• Use Alaris IV pumps and chart effectively in EPIC
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Exhibit professionalism in navy scrubs; fleece attire not permitted
