Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Travel LVN Opportunity – Bad Axe, MI Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 36 hrs/week guaranteed Schedule: Every other weekend & holiday rotation (if scheduled) Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility Completion Bonus: $500 upon successful completion of contract Weekly Pay Package: • Tax-Free Stipend: $1,162.00• Straight Pay (Taxable): $396.00• Overtime Pay: As applicable • Total Weekly Gross: $1,558.00 Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent SNF/LTC or Med Surg experience – Required Active BLS certification (AHA) – Required COVID-19 vaccination required; medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis Must be able to handle a fast-paced, high-stress environment – Not ideal for less experienced travelers Valid Michigan LVN license DextroMedical Job ID #AHSA-59962.
