Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Contract | Full-Time | Day Shifts
We’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support therapy services at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who values patient-centered care and wants to work alongside a collaborative rehab team.
Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, and independence
• Assist in executing individualized care plans
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress
• Communicate effectively with the rehab team and facility staff

• Current state PTA license
• Experience in a SNF or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with older adults
• Reliable, professional, and flexible
