Labor & Delivery Nurse (Obstetrics RN) | 12-Hour Night Shifts + Call

Shift: 12-hour nights + call (approx. 1 birth per day)
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week 

Position Overview:

Seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse (Obstetrics RN) to join their dedicated team on the night shift. This role includes caring for mothers and newborns, supporting approximately one birth per night, and providing compassionate, evidence-based obstetric nursing care in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• Flu vaccine is mandatory – No exceptions
• Must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the hospital (No local candidates accepted)
• Requesting time off (RTO) limited to 3 days per 13-week contract
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per assignment; guaranteed hours will not apply
• Active RN license and relevant OB certifications preferred

Additional Information:

• This position requires availability for call approximately once per night with about one delivery per shift.
• Candidate must be flexible and prepared to meet the needs of a busy labor and delivery unit.
