Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
Primary Location: ThedaCare OSP - Clinic
Shift: 8 HR Days
Shift time: Variable start times as early as 6am (stay late if needed to finish cases)
Float Requirements: To all ThedaCare Facilities (as needed) - within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Weekend Rotation Requirements: None
Holiday Rotation Requirements: None
Required Certifications: CST & AHA BLS
Minimum Experience: 2+ years with travel experience REQUIRED
Epic Charting Experience: Not required
Required Skillset: Neuro, Ortho (totals) and Ortho-Spine Experience REQUIRED
Unit Overview: The center offers services to meet every care need, including evaluation, diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation and pain management. Free standing outpatient surgical center. Will need to help turnover rooms and pick up cases.
Cases per day: Approximately 20-25
Primary Case/Procedure Types: Ortho (total joint), Ortho Sport, Ortho-Spine/Pain/Neuro and Peds (a few times a month). Anterior & Posterior Fusions, ALIFT, TLIF, Discectomy, Hand/Upper Extremity, Podiatry.
Scrub Colors required: Provided

No new travelers - at least one completed contract required

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
