Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN CVOR for a travel nursing job in Sacramento, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assist with all cardiovascular surgical procedures including CABG and valve surgeries Scrub and circulate duties preferred; scrubbing experience strongly preferred Monitor patients’ vitals and hemodynamic status before, during, and after procedures Prepare OR instruments, supplies, and equipment for cardiac procedures Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standards Communicate clearly with surgical team members for safe and efficient case flow Participate in after-hours on-call rotation, including one overnight call per week and 3 weekend call shifts per month Document all care accurately in Cerner EMR system Respond to emergencies and assist in rapid interventions if needed
