Shift: Monday to Friday 630am to 3pm Salary: $95,000- $105,000 Responsibilities Maintain all transportation credentials and registrations (USDOT, UCR, CA Number, PHMSA, HMSP, CARB Clean Truck Check, CHP HMTL) Manage hazmat compliance per 49 CFR and CA Title 13 CCR Ensure cargo tank inspection and testing compliance (49 CFR Part 180, CARB) Oversee HOS/ELD, DVIR, BIT inspections, driver qualification files, D&A programs, EPN, and incident reporting Conduct internal audits of terminals, drivers, vehicles, and shipping documents; lead corrective actions Track and report compliance KPIs Serve as primary liaison with FMCSA, CHP, CARB, DTSC, OSHA, and CUPA Provide compliance guidance to Operations, Fleet, Dispatch, and HR Requirements xsgimln High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of transportation safety/compliance experience (hazmat or petroleum preferred) Strong knowledge of federal and CA transportation regulations Audit, reporting, and analytical experience Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
