Greenberg Traurig is seeking an intellectual property associate with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the areas of trademark, copyright, and Internet / social media law, including U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, clearance, enforcement, TTAB litigation, and online brand enforcement matters (including UDRP proceedings), covering a broad range of industries. Locations: Chicago and Atlanta.

This qualified individual must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Must be self-motivated and flexible. Prior experience at a regional or national law firm is preferred.

Admission to the Georgia Bar or the Illinois Bar is preferred, but not required.

The expected pay range for this position is:

Annual pay range for Chicago is $225,000 to $365,000

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
