Toyota Service Business Development Center is looking for a team member that can continually demonstrate professional and inter-personal skills with customers, vendors and co-workers which ultimately results in high customer satisfaction that can produce an environment of support and achieving goals together as a team with the ability to maintain a positive and cooperative atmosphere. Skills to problem solve in complex, real world or ill-defined situations and strong organizational, communication, and customer care skills. Must have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Answer inbound calls
Answer all caller questions, using available tools and training
Set service appointments
Responds to email leads and in person appointment requests
Outbound calling to confirm service appointments
Outbound calling to schedule a new recall or service campaign
Check on parts inventory for job being schedule whether it is a recall or service campaign
Call guests and set up appointments once a special ordered part arrives.
Customer follow-up i.e. missed appointments, cancelled appointments, 6 month no service calls
Handles Service Connect calls and emails
