Title & Licensing Specialist An exciting opportunity awaits for an Automotive Title Clerk! We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to join our team. As a critical member of our dealership, you will be responsible for managing the title process for our vehicles and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Pay $20-$23 per hour Responsibilities & Duties Process and manage vehicle titles and registration paperwork Verify the accuracy of documentation and resolve any discrepancies Liaise with state DMV offices to ensure compliant title processing Maintain detailed records of all title and registration transactions Assist customers with title and registration-related inquiries Coordinate with sales and finance departments to gather necessary documents Ensure timely submission of legal documents to appropriate authorities Calculate and collect appropriate fees for vehicle transfers and registrations Handle vehicle repossession paperwork and related processes Prepare and audit payroll for accurate and timely submissions Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or in a similar role is preferred Familiarity with state-specific DMV title regulations and procedures Experience in dealership management software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Customer service experience in a dealership or related setting High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of automotive title and registration processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
