Job Summary
We are seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to join our team! As the Public Relations Manager here at Thrive, you will be getting to know us and our services, which include Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical/Occupational Therapy, and Pain management services. Primarily you will be engaging in community outreach, representing Thrive at community events and developing local relationships. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in Public Relations, excellent communication skills, and is self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Identify, organize, and attend local events and fairs independently as well as with our team.
Promote Thrive's services and represent our reputation.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a variety of media outlets and contacts
Collaborate with our team about social media posts, attending events, and other trends as you see fit.
Follow up with connections, community, and leads.
Qualifications
Must be very familiar with Monmouth and Ocean County and has experience with public relations/media outreach
Experience with marketing in the health/wellness field is not required but is strongly recommended
Excellent communication
A self-starter who is motivated and organized
Able to work some evenings and/or weekends at events
