The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain a customer base by acquiring new accounts and expanding our existing business. We are seeking a proactive, "hunter" type of individual with a passion for sales who can grow the territory through cold-calling and canvassing. This role will be working in the field interacting with customers four days a week covering Western Minnesota, South Dakota, Northwestern Iowa and Northern Nebraska.

This position involves consultative selling and requires you to focus on understanding the needs and goals of our customers so that you can provide tailored solutions. Once fully trained, you will be part of our team of safety professionals who specialize in identifying potential hazards, assessing risks, and implementing measures to prevent accidents and promote a safe work environment.

Job Responsibilities:


This position is a home office-based role. You will be in the field four days a week with some overnight travel.
