Territory: Denver, CO & Mountain Region | Full-time | 25+ Years of Experience
Compensation: $80K$100K base + commission + travel/vehicle reimbursement + full benefits (health, 401K, PTO)
Overview: A high-growth civil products company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Mountain Region, based in Denver. This is a strategic sales role focused on stormwater infrastructure solutions for commercial, industrial, and municipal development.
Key Responsibilities: Develop long-term relationships with engineers, contractors, and public agencies across CO, UT, NM, and surrounding states. Promote and educate clients on technical drainage, infiltration, and water quality systems. Influence early-stage design and spec-in opportunities. Manage CRM activity and deliver against sales targets.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, or business. 2 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in civil, environmental, or water sectors. Comfort presenting to technical audiences and navigating public/private stakeholders. Ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
