Territory Manager (Outside Sales Representative) Honey Bucket – A Division of Northwest Cascade Pearland, TX /year + uncapped commission Full-time | Monday–Friday with some weekends| Company Truck Provided About the Job This is a blue-collar sales role that combines physical, hands-on service with outside sales. You’ll clean and deliver portable toilets, handwashing stations, and related equipment while also managing your own customer base and generating new leads . If you like physical work, talking with people, and making things happen without sitting behind a desk, this might be the job for you. What You’ll Do Visit job sites and build relationships with site managers and contractors Promote services and close new business Deliver and service portable toilets (yes, you’ll clean them too) Troubleshoot customer concerns and reroute equipment Work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment This role is part sales, part production —the mix can vary week to week depending on business needs.
