Benefits are provided from day one. Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex telecommunications programs from initiation to completion. Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives. Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Implement best practices in program management and continuous process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, communications, or a related field (required). MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of program management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. PMP / PgMP certification required (or extensive senior-level experience as a substitute). Proven track record in delivering large-scale programs in software or technology environments, preferably with tier 1 telecom companies. Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills. Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. Experience with program management tools like Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel. Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel up to 25% as needed.
