What you'll do
Provide outstanding, prompt service to customers throughout both the check-in and checkout experiences.
Diagnose and understand technological issues by engaging with customers, actively listening, asking insightful questions, and giving accurate time estimates for resolution.
Help customers set up new devices and provide guidance on whether to repair or replace older models.
Manage service queues and provide timely updates about the status of customer repairs.
Enhance your expertise through our certified training programs.
Promote effective communication and teamwork with fellow agents.
Basic qualifications
At least 3 months of experience in a retail or customer service role.
A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including working on holidays, nights, and weekends.
Preferred qualifications
A strong enthusiasm for technology and a passion for problem-solving.
