What You’ll Do

You’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the IT and office technology space, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close—and beyond. In this role, you will:

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue IT sales opportunities across industries, with a focus on building long-term client partnerships.

  • Prospect Like a Pro: Use a mix of cold calling, networking, referrals, and CRM tools to generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline.

  • Consult and Solve Real Problems: Understand client pain points and recommend customized IT solutions—including managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, voice, and networking.

  • Deliver High-Impact Proposals: Craft and present tailored solutions with measurable ROI aligned to clients’ business and technology goals.

  • Close with Confidence: Hit or exceed monthly quotas by delivering results-driven, consultative solutions that support digital transformation.

  • Be the Bridge: Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the customer and our internal technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

  • Set the Standard: Lead by example, contribute to a high-performing sales culture, and mentor others as a team player and technology advocate.

  • Stay Sharp: Stay up to date on IT trends, participate in product and technical training, and pursue certifications as needed.

  • Lead with Integrity: Embody our values of accountability, excellence, and trust in every client and team interaction.


What You Bring
  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, competitive environments (academics, athletics), or similar results-driven roles
  • Strong understanding of business technology needs and how IT impacts operations and outcomes
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for learning and translating complex IT solutions into simple business value
  • Driven, self-motivated, and resilient with a commitment to client success and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • sales approach that uncovers real business needs
  • Drive for growth, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Confidence to work independently, with the humility to collaborate as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed for client meetings, demos, and events
