Key Responsibilities Develop and implement technical training programs aligned with business goals

Design engaging, effective course content for technical and mechanical roles

Create and manage training calendars and agendas

Build and maintain a robust online training platform using LMS tools

Develop training materials including presentations, videos, and worksheets

Lead live training sessions, webinars, and workshops (group and one-on-one)

Track, measure, and report on training effectiveness and feedback

Continuously evaluate and improve training delivery and outcomes

Qualifications Proven experience as a trainer in a manufacturing, mechanical, or service industry

Strong knowledge of technical training methodologies and tools

Background in course content development for mechanical roles

Experience with Learning Management Systems (ExpertusONE preferred)

Ability to create engaging content, including video-based learning (e.g., Synthesia)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field

CTT+ or CPTM certification is a plus
