Duties and Responsibilities:
Promptly and professionally resolve internal and external customer inquiries via phone, email and chat regarding a wide range of products and services.
Understand customer’s needs and how our products can meet those needs
Present products to clients over the phone and in-person
Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients and sales representatives.
Update client databases and maintain a log of your contacts.
Accurately document and convey customer issues to other employees.
Other duties as assigned by management
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
You’re self-motivated, persuasive, and results-oriented.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills
Computer savvy and capable of learning other computer applications.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
Must like talking to and building face-to-face relationships with customers.
