We are looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer to be the frontline of user interaction, providing fast, high-quality technical assistance to software engineers and shaping the future of support. We are a rapidly evolving AI company specializing in developer tools, focused on enhancing the coding experience through AI.
This role is 100% Remote
Job Duties: Provide high-quality technical support to developers via Intercom and Slack, resolving complex user-reported issues.
Debug bugs, troubleshoot usability problems, and ensure smooth, AI-enhanced developer experiences.
Engage directly with developers, delivering thoughtful and responsive support while maintaining a deep understanding of the product.
Build internal tools, refine documentation, and improve automation workflows to enhance support scalability.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, influencing product direction with frontline insights.
Contribute code to resolve bugs or inefficiencies as needed.
Ideal Background: 4-8 years of experience in technical support, escalations engineering, or software engineering
Extensive experience debugging a high volume of technical support tickets.
Experience supporting developer tools and technical products for software engineers.
Strong technical background with an understanding of SDKs, OAuth, and web development.
Demonstrated usage and enthusiasm for AI-powered coding tools.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ideal
