As part of their growth strategy, we are immediately hiring Technical Sales Representatives to help drive market expansion and revenue growth.

What You'll Do:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will lead market development efforts for one of the nation's largest climate control rental fleets. Your focus will be on new business development, building long-term client relationships, and expanding our presence in key industries.
We're looking for sales hunters with the drive and expertise to develop the Miami-Dade market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
- Engage in high-volume prospecting through cold calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized rental solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings through ongoing training.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of proven success in outside sales (preferably in HVAC, power generation, or industrial rentals).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license.
- Ability to spend 90%+ of time in the field, actively engaging with customers.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems (training provided).
- Experience working with construction, engineering, healthcare, or commercial real estate is a plus.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
