Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing) Lead the end-to-end program to drive adoption of the LOB adoption of our enterprise CI/CD platform across + LOB applications Conduct current-state assessments of application delivery pipelines, toolchains, and DevSecOps practices Identify gaps, risks, and blockers to adoption and work with application teams to develop tailored migration plans Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and platform teams to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies Establish clear progress tracking and reporting across all workstreams, enabling transparency to senior leadership Support change management efforts including training, documentation, and onboarding resources for adopting teams Proactively identify and escalate issues and risks that may impact delivery timelines or quality Champion enterprise best practices for cloud-native development, CI/CD, and DevSecOps" Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Vendor should not submit any candidate that does not have these skills/prior experience.) + years of experience in technical program management, with a strong record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives Experience in enterprise-scale CI/CD, DevSecOps, and software delivery process improvement Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally AWS, including modern infrastructure and deployment patterns Experience working in or with highly regulated environments, ideally banking or financial services Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills Proven ability to assess, influence, and drive change across diverse technical and business teams Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, Artifactory, and vulnerability scanning integrations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PMP or SAFe certifications a plus Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences: (Hiring Manager DOES NOT require these skills/ prior experience. However candidates with any of these will be looked at first.) Advanced Degree, Banking Experience in Digital Client Web/Mobile Banking Area
