You will be the organizational backbone of our hands-on training programs, ensuring the seamless operation of our workshops, race cars, and equipment. This foundational role is perfect for a proactive, skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about launching the next generation of motorsport professionals.
Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Proven experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., skilled mechanic, field/race service technician).
Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational skills for coordinating logistics, schedules, and inventory.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate effectively.
A passion for motorsports is a strong plus.
