Fostering teamwork within the OEM group, addressing employee issues constructively, setting high standards, and providing honest, actionable feedback to TSS. If you... Hold a BS degree. Have prior experience managing and developing team members. Bring at least 3 years of OEM experience, with deep technical knowledge of paint pre-treatment products, specifications, and processes. Excel in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving within the paint pre-treatment field. Possess strong analytical skills for testing and evaluating product performance through data collection. Know how to build and strengthen relationships across all levels of customer organizations. Demonstrate excellent time management and are highly organized and self-motivated. Communicate effectivelyboth verbally and in writingand are confident presenting to various audiences.
