About the Position:
We are currently seeking an Experienced Tax Partner / Director to join our team of dedicated professionals in our Los Angeles office.
The qualified candidate will possess at least 10 years progressive Public Accounting experience working with closely held businesses.
A demonstrated success of managing client relationships and leading staff is required.
Responsibilities include:
Client Management and business development
Lead mentor and grow firm staff
Detailed review and preparation of individual, corporate and partnership tax returns in varied industries
Compilation and review level engagements
Tax planning
Tax research
Tax compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master degree preferred
Active CPA license
10 years recent public accounting experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Minimum 10 years’ experience consulting directly with closely held organizations
